Since 2014, we have been proudly producing high-quality artisanal ice cream in Samedan, in the enchanting Engadin. Compared to standardised industrial ice cream producers, we differ in the use of milk and cream 100% sourced from the valleys of Graubünden and our careful selection of fresh seasonal fruit. Moritz Gelati also takes great care to protect the health of its customers: our ice cream contains a limited amount of preservatives and additives.
